Talent Magnet is a student loan reimbursement program that helps businesses and organizations recruit and retain quality talent by offering an affordable and easy-to-use program as an employment benefit.
Time crunch
This company needed complete branding development in 4 weeks for a tradeshow they were attending, I was assigned the task of creating their logo, collateral and a website. Through constant communication we were able to get them their printed materials as well as get their website up before the trade show.
Logo development
With there being a sense of urgency I had to go straight to digital concepts, they were originally going to be called Teacher Magnet but after 2 weeks of the project starting they decided to make the program available to other programs and not limit themselves to just teachers. One of the requirements for the logo was that he wanted a magnet to be incorporated into it.
One step closer
After being told the name change I wanted to create a logo that could encompass other employers for the program, this part went by pretty quick because they saw one that stood out to them pretty fast.
Final logo
The circle of magnets symbolizes the company’s mission to attract top talent for employers in every way possible. I landed on serif font to convey a timeless and sophisticated sense of professionalism.
